I came to this conclusion a long time ago, but for a long time I still used checklists, out of inertia, in order not to forget something. But I turned the checklist in my head into a list of questions that I want to ask the account and myself. Based on the answers in the audit, I progress further and the following questions began to appear to me, and then others. This allows me to understand the account more deeply and look at it not from the point of view of "as it should be right according to the canons" , but from the point of view of a living unique organism. I decided to package my knowledge into a scheme. I thank my students for this. I understood that this is important for them.
The scheme turned out to be very extensive. It allows: ask the C Level Executive List right questions of the client even at the stage of preparation for the audit; do not judge the quality of the setting at first glance, but immerse yourself in the account; draw conclusions and a list of points for improvement based on interrelated issues; compare the facts in different elements of the account and draw a conclusion about the quality of the setup based on several factors, rather than a banal line in the checklist. The scheme itself was divided into several stages. I am still refining some of them. I will share it soon.
